To analyse the service due date for all equipment items

The procedure to analyse the service due date for all equipment items is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Home (), if not already active. The default Home panes are displayed.
  2. Click on Visits Due 1. The Visits Due pane is in focus, revealing a list of all forthcoming equipment servicing visits identified across the housing stock through the cyclical maintenance service plan, where the next scheduled engineer visit is within the target period 2. Use the refresh icon () to include newly-added equipment servicing entries, or those where the next scheduled visit has been recently updated 3.
  3. Click on Expand to increase the size of the pane up to the full viewing area, as required 4. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below 5.
  4. To analyse the details of an equipment servicing visit, double-click on the corresponding row in the summary table. An explanation of the functionality supporting the recording and tracking of equipment items that require regular servicing is covered separately in the topic Equipment cataloguing management overview.


Note

1 The default Home panes are configured at user account level.

2 The projected target period used to compile the subset of equipment servicing visits is governed by the system preference Equipment home pane look ahead days.

3 The returned results are filtered further by those functional units that match the current user account profile.

4 To revert the pane back to the original size click on Collapse.

5 A subset of fields are visible by default; additional fields can be revealed or hidden via the Menu option.


Field

Description

Asset Reference

The unique identification number for the asset in which each item of equipment is located.

Address

The full address of the asset in which each item of equipment is located.

Next Due

The future date on which the service visit is next scheduled for each item of equipment.

Visit Type

The parameter value used to capture the scope of the regular service required for each specific item of equipment.
