The procedure to define rent point calculation fields is as follows:
1. The new record is displayed in the Point Fields summary table

1 System validation rules automatically ensure that the combination of company and rent point field is unique i.e. the end user is prevented from duplicating a field entry for the same company.
2 To amend the details of a rent point field, double-click on the desired row in the Point Fields summary table and repeat steps 3 through 6; the list is filtered by selecting a company from the alphabetical list or typing its name into the Search Point Fields field.
