To define the works order fulfilment interface for a user profile

Where additional areas of maintenance are required for specific properties, over and above the ascribed work template, these can be appended to an asset void episode via an intuitive repairs compilation assistant, bringing together familiar data capture screens into one consolidated process. The system preference Use Repairs Wizard will activate the compilation assistant across the housing management solution, in preparation for the efficient generation of property maintenance entries by all registered users. 1. Navigate to Profile (). The Profile window is displayed for the current user and the Details tab is activated.
2. Activate the Do not use repairs wizard attribute in circumstances where the end user will instead employ the 'classic' data entry screens for the recording of all property maintenance activities 1.
3. Click on Save.

Note

1 By default, the Do not use repairs wizard attribute will be automatically disabled for each user profile and therefore it is only necessary to adjust this setting for those that prefer the 'classic' approach.
