To upload an asset photograph

The procedure to upload an asset photograph is as follows:

1. Using the global search facility, type in the first few characters of the asset address 1.
2. Double-click on the row containing the exact record match. Where the expected record is not listed, a more advanced search can be conducted using the spy-glass icon ().
3. Hover over the photograph placeholder and click on the revealed edit icon (), located in the top right-hand corner.
4. Navigate to the correct image file for this asset record and click on Open 2. The asset photograph is displayed in the designated placeholder.

Note

1 The search facility will return all possible matches for any corresponding address field once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.

2 One of three image file types are supported: JPG, PNG or GIF. The maximum image resolution size is controlled by the system preference Maximum image size in pixels.
