The procedure to view individual task dependencies for a generic case is as follows:
), select Generic Case Task as the Search for and Search by category, and enter the Task ID as the search criteria

Tip
1 By default, all dependent tasks are sorted chronologically by their actual start date (most recent at the top); to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start and end date ranges, category, description, company, status) to ensure that the correct generic task is returned; an alternative Search by category of Generic Case may be selected to extend the available search fields.
2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information.

Task |
The name of each dependent task within the overall workflow structure. |
Assigned To |
The allocated owner of each dependent task. |
Start Date |
The anticipated or actual start date for each related task, as appropriate, taking into account any other workflow dependencies. |
End Date |
The date on which each dependent task was completed, as appropriate. |
Status |
The current progression status for each dependent task i.e. Pending, Live, Complete, Cancelled, On Hold, Bypassed. |
