To analyse the details of a completed ASB case review

The procedure to analyse the details of a completed ASB case review is as follows:

  1. Using the Advanced search spy-glass (), select ASB Case as the Search for and Search by category, and enter the Case ID as the search criteria 1.
  2. With the Results tab in current focus, double-click on the row containing the exact record match, or return to the Criteria tab and refine the search filters. The ASB Case Details window is displayed.
  3. Click on Reviews. The Reviews tab is activated, revealing all reviews conducted on the ASB case in the Case Reviews summary table.
  4. Double-click on the row matching the completed ASB case review to be analysed i.e. the status is set to Complete. The ASB Priority Review window is displayed, revealing the final outcome of the case review. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below.
  5. Click on Close.


Note

1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start and end date ranges, category, company, status) to ensure that the correct ASB case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.


Field

Description

Start date

The commencement date of the ASB case review, determined from the assigned priority.

Warning date

The amber warning date set for the ASB case review, determined from the assigned priority.

Target date

The SLA target completion date set for the ASB case review, determined from the assigned priority.

End date

The date on which the ASB case review was completed.

Status

The current progression status for the ASB case review i.e. Complete.

Outcome

The parameter value assigned to the ASB case review to qualify the circumstances surrounding its completion.

Notes

The contextual information added to the ASB case review in support of the outcome.

Outcome set by

The name of the end user who assigned the outcome to the ASB case review.

Late completion reason

The parameter value assigned to the ASB case review to qualify the circumstances surrounding its late completion, where applicable.

Late completion notes

The contextual information added to the ASB case review in support of the late outcome, where applicable.
