The procedure to view the current action plan for a services resource is as follows:

1 By default, all actions are displayed in chronological order; to aid in identification and analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. address, post code, resource type) to ensure that the correct services resource record is returned.

The name of the plan to which the action is linked. |
Action |
The description of the action linked to the plan. |
Start date |
The actual date on which the action was commenced. |
Target date |
The proposed completion date for the action, derived from the default number of target days assigned to it. |
Revised |
A Boolean indicator to denote that the action target date has been amended from the originally calculated value. |
Target days |
The number of days remaining before the target completion date is reached. |
Complete date |
The actual date on which the action was completed. |
Notes |
The contextual information added to the action record in support of the current status progression. |
SLA |
A colour code indicator to summarise the status of the action relative to the target date (Green - Amber - Red). Green = The action is on track; Amber = The warning days limit set for the action has now been reached; Red = The target date set for the action has expired. |
