To view the servicing plan status summary

The procedure to view the servicing plan status summary is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Home (), if not already active. The default Home panes are displayed.
  2. Click on Service Programs 1. The Service Programs pane is in focus, revealing all equipment servicing programmes currently underway i.e. those that are not set to a status of Cancelled or Completed 2.
  3. Click on Expand to increase the size of the pane up to the full viewing area, as required 3. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below 4.
  4. Use the Status drop-down field to filter the displayed equipment servicing programmes according to their current status progression: Authorised, Awaiting Authorisation, Cancelled, Complete, Entered, On Hold, Work In Progress, etc.
  5. To analyse the details of an equipment servicing programme, double-click on the corresponding row in the summary table. An explanation of the functionality supporting the progression of equipment servicing programmes is covered separately in the topic Servicing plan maintenance overview.
  6. Alternatively, to create a new equipment servicing programme, click on New Program. This requisite step is covered separately in the topic To create a new equipment servicing programme.


Note

1 The default Home panes are configured at user account level.

2 The returned results are filtered further by those functional units that match the current user account profile.

3 To revert the pane back to the original size click on Collapse.

4 A subset of fields are visible by default; additional fields can be revealed or hidden via the Menu option.


Field

Description

Program Name

The unique identification name for the equipment servicing programme.

Open

The total number of assets included within the equipment maintenance programme where the scheduled service visits are outstanding.

Completed

The total number of assets included within the equipment maintenance programme where the scheduled service visits have been completed.

Overdue

The total number of assets included within the equipment maintenance programme where the dates set for the scheduled service visits have lapsed.

Status

The current progression stage of the equipment servicing programme e.g. Authorised, Awaiting Authorisation, Cancelled, Complete, Entered, On Hold, Work In Progress, etc.
