To view the task path workflow for an ASB category

The procedure to view the task path workflow for an ASB category is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Quick Menu > ASB > Configuration > Category Type. The ASB Category Type Configuration window is displayed.
  2. Expand an ASB type heading from the alphabetical list and select an ASB category, or enter its name into the Search category type field. By default the list is filtered to show Current category types. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Expired, Future or All combinations 1.
  3. Click on Tasks. The Tasks tab is activated, revealing a list of all task path workflow structures linked to the ASB category 2.
  4. Highlight the row matching the specific task path workflow structure to be analysed.
  5. Click on View Task Path. The Task Path Creator window is displayed.
  6. Click on Path. The Path tab is activated.
  7. Use the Version drop-down field to ensure that the correct variant of the task path is displayed i.e. a diagrammatical representation of the Live workflow structure linked to the ASB category 3.
  8. Use the Expand () and Collapse () icons in conjunction with the magnification slider () to drill down on a particular branch, lane or node cluster. The operation of these diagrammatical controls is covered separately in the topic Understanding the task path creator.
  9. Click on Close.

1 The Search category type field will match against any element of the ASB category description.

2 Separate task path workflow structures cannot coexist for the same company across overlapping effective periods.
