To apply the results of a target rent review

The procedure to apply the results of a target rent review is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Rents > Configuration > Target Rent Review. The Target Rent Review window is displayed.
2. Expand a target rent review status heading from the alphabetical list and select an associated model or type the description directly into the Search Target Rent Review field. By default the list is filtered to show All target rent review models. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field:  Applied, Calculated, Cancelled, In Progress or Part Applied 1.
3. Click on Apply Review 2. The end user is asked to affirm the operation before the proposed target rents for all assets within the defined review date range are set as the new current target rents.
4. Click on Save. The Applied by and Applied date fields are automatically populated with the name of the end user applying the results of the target rent review model and current system date respectively 3.

Note

1 The Search Target Rent Review field will match against any element of the model description.

2 This option is active only for those target rent review models with a status of Calculated or Part Applied.

3 The status of the target rent review model is set to Applied (or Part Applied in the instance where the target rent for at least one asset cannot be updated).
