To calculate target rents using a rent review model

The procedure to calculate target rents using a rent review model is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Rents > Configuration > Target Rent Review. The Target Rent Review window is displayed.
2. Expand a target rent review status heading from the alphabetical list and select an associated model or type the description directly into the Search Target Rent Review field. By default the list is filtered to show All target rent review models. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Applied, Calculated, Cancelled, In Progress or Part Applied 1.
3. Click on Calculate Rents 2. The end user is asked to affirm the operation before the proposed new target rents for all assets within the defined review date range are calculated using this model. Once complete, the results of the calculations are stored in the Results tab, holding for all identified assets the Current and Proposed target rents.
4. Click on Save 3.

Note

1 The Search Target Rent Review field will match against any element of the model description.

2 This option is only available for target rent review models where the Effective from and Next review date values are populated.

3 The status of the target rent review model is set to Calculated.
