The procedure to create a new target rent review model is as follows:

4. The new target rent review model appears in the alphabetical list, underneath the automatically allocated status: In Progress

Note
1 Upon first access, all fields are automatically activated ready for data entry; hence the New Review button is inactive.
2 System validation rules ensure that the description entered for each new target rent review model is unique for the effective period.
3 The Effective from date defaults to the current system date and cannot be left blank.
4 The Updated By and Updated Date fields are automatically populated with the name of the end user creating the target rent review model and current system date respectively.
5 To amend the details of an existing target rent review model, expand the status heading, select a model from the alphabetical list (or type the description into the Search Target Rent Review field) and repeat steps 3 through 10. By default the list is filtered to show All target rent review models. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Applied, Calculated, Cancelled, In Progress or Part Applied.
