To cancel a target rent review model

The procedure to cancel a target rent review model is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Rents > Configuration > Target Rent Review. The Target Rent Review window is displayed.
2. Expand a target rent review status heading from the alphabetical list and select an associated model or type the description directly into the Search Target Rent Review field. By default the list is filtered to show All target rent review models. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Applied, Calculated, Cancelled, In Progress or Part Applied 1.
3. Click on Cancel Review 2. The end user is asked to affirm cancellation of the target rent review model and the status is set to Cancelled 3.

Note

1 The Search Target Rent Review field will match against any element of the model description.

2 It is only permitted to cancel a target rent review model where the status is set to In Progress or Calculated.

3 The Cancelled by and Cancelled date fields are automatically populated with the name of the end user cancelling the target rent review model and current system date respectively.
