To view the projected results of a target rent review model

The procedure to view the projected results of a target rent review model is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Rents > Configuration > Target Rent Review. The Target Rent Review window is displayed.
2. Expand a target rent review status heading from the alphabetical list and select an associated model or type the description directly into the Search Target Rent Review field. By default the list is filtered to show All target rent review models. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: Applied, Calculated, Cancelled, In Progress or Part Applied 1.
3. Click on Results 2. The Results tab is activated, revealing a list of all affected assets in the Target rents summary table 1. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below.

Tip

1 By default, all projected results of a target rent review are displayed in asset reference order; to aid in identification and analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.

Note

1 The Search Target Rent Review field will match against any element of the model description.

2 The Results tab is active only for those target rent review methods where a calculation has been applied.
