To cancel a rent charge review cycle

The procedure to cancel a rent charge review cycle is as follows:

1. Navigate to Quick Menu > Rents > Configuration > Rent Review. The Rent Review Details window is displayed.
2. Expand a rent review status heading from the alphabetical list and select an associated cycle or type the description into the Search Rent Review field. By default the list is filtered to show Open rent review cycles. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select View drop-down field: In Progress, Selection Complete, Applied, Part Applied, Notifications Generated, Cancelled or All 1.
3. Click on Cancel Review 2. The end user is asked to affirm cancellation of the rent review cycle before the status is set to Cancelled 3.

Note

1 The Search Rent Review field will match against any element of the cycle description.

2 It is only permitted to cancel a rent review cycle where the status is set to In Progress or Selection Complete.

3 The Cancelled by and Cancelled date fields are automatically populated with the name of the end user cancelling the rent review cycle and current system date respectively.
