To disable an ASB court order

The procedure to disable an ASB court order is as follows:

  1. Using the Advanced search spy-glass (), select ASB Case as the Search for and Search by category, and enter the Case ID as the search criteria 1.
  2. With the Results tab in current focus, double-click on the row containing the exact record match, or return to the Criteria tab and refine the search filters. The ASB Case Details window is displayed.
  3. Click on Legal Action. The Legal Action tab is activated, revealing all legal proceedings undertaken for the ASB case in the Legal Action summary table.
  4. Highlight the row matching the ASB court order to be disabled. A current summary of the court order is displayed in the Legal Action Details section.
  5. Click on Disable Action. The Disable ASB Order window is displayed, revealing the court order type and application date.
  6. Using the Disable reason drop-down field, select an appropriate parameter value to qualify the circumstances surrounding the ASB court order being disabled.
  7. Use the Disable notes field to add contextual data in support of the ASB court order being disabled.
  8. Click on Confirm. The court order record, displayed in the Legal Action summary table, reflects the proposed change.
  9. Click on Save.


Note

1 Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start and end date ranges, category, company, status) to ensure that the correct ASB case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.
