To restore the default match list criterion

As potential applicants may be identified for resource matching through an alternative waiting list, a revised match list with user-defined criteria can be in operation for a resource. At any subsequent point, it is possible to revert back to the default match list through standard functionality delivered within Civica Cx Housing. In order to provide all procedural steps in chronological order, this topic assumes that a revised match list will firstly be applied to the resource.

The procedure to restore the default match list criterion is as follows:

1. Prerequisite procedural steps are covered separately in the topic To generate a match list for a resource. Refer to these before proceeding to step 2.
2. The Match List summary table reveals all applicants included on the match list.
3. Revise the match list, choosing a different waiting list and definition criteria to highlight specific needs recorded against each application. This requisite step is covered separately in the topic To adjust the criterion of a match list.
4. Click on Restore List 1. The applied filter is cleared and the default match list is retrieved.
5. Click on Save.

1 This option is only relevant once a revised match filter is in operation.
