The procedure to view the equipment servicing visits conducted against an asset is as follows:

1. The Equipment tab is activated, revealing a list of all catalogued items associated with the asset for which a regular servicing programme is required, as displayed in the Equipment summary table.
) to reveal the row detail, specifically all completed equipment servicing visits
2. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below

Tip
1 Use the Left (
) and Right (
) scrolling arrows to reveal additional tabs that might be hidden from view.
2 By default, all completed visits are displayed in chronological order i.e. the actual date on which each service was carried out (most recent at the top); to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.
Note
1 The search facility will return all possible matches for any corresponding address field once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.
2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information; apply the standard 'drag and drop' technique to reposition columns into a different order.
