The procedure to view the equipment servicing visits conducted against an asset is as follows:

  1. Using the global search facility, type in the first few characters of the asset address 1.
  2. Double-click on the row containing the exact record match. Where the expected record is not listed, a more advanced search can be conducted using the spy-glass icon ().
  3. Click on Asset Details. The Asset Details window is displayed for the current asset.
  4. Click on Equipment 1. The Equipment tab is activated, revealing a list of all catalogued items associated with the asset for which a regular servicing programme is required, as displayed in the Equipment summary table.
  5. Within the Visit summary table, click on the expansion level pointer icon () to reveal the row detail, specifically all completed equipment servicing visits 2. Certain fields are worthy of special note and are captured in the table below 2.
  6. Click on Close.


Tip

1 Use the Left () and Right () scrolling arrows to reveal additional tabs that might be hidden from view.

2 By default, all completed visits are displayed in chronological order i.e. the actual date on which each service was carried out (most recent at the top); to aid analysis, rows can be reordered by clicking on any of the available headings.

Note

1 The search facility will return all possible matches for any corresponding address field once the Number of characters before an automatic search commences system preference is reached.

2 Use the summary table Menu option to hide or reveal additional columns of information; apply the standard 'drag and drop' technique to reposition columns into a different order.


Field

Description

Visit Type

The parameter value used to capture the scope of the regular service required for a specific item of equipment.

Due Date

The scheduled regular service date for a specific item of equipment.

Actual Date

The date on which the cyclical maintenance was conducted for a specific item of equipment.

Comments

The contextual information recorded during the regular service visit in support of the achieved outcome.

Outcome

The parameter value used to categorise the concluded equipment service visit.

Next Date

The future service date for a specific item of equipment in accordance with the agreed cycle frequency.
