The procedure to create a new agreement for an accepted offer is as follows:
- Prerequisite procedural steps are covered separately in the topic To generate a match list for a resource. Refer to these before proceeding to step 2.
- Click on Offers. The Offers tab is activated, revealing all offers on the resource in the Offer History summary table.
- Highlight a row matching the offer against which an agreement is to be created. The details of the offer are displayed in the Offer Outcome History summary table, specifically the assigned outcome type.
- Click on Create Agreement
1. The Create Agreement - Enter Agreement Detail window is displayed, pre-populated with all applicant and property fields relevant to the offer. This procedural step is covered separately in the topic To create a new rent agreement for an asset or To create a new rent agreement for a sundry item, as appropriate for the resource under offer.
- Click on Save

1 This option is only available where the Offer Status is set to 'Accepted'.
2 The match list status within which the offer is being managed is set to 'Completed'; the status of the application in receipt of the agreement is set to 'Allocated'.
