Presents a holistic view of all related cases that have been formally linked together. |
Communications |
A list of all letters and emails dispatched during the lifetime of the case. |
Notes |
The case notes recorded against the ASB case file, transcending all related incidents. |
Costs |
A list of all costs incurred during the lifetime of the case. |
Attachments |
Any number of file attachments can be linked to an ASB case in order to provide contextual background to all related incidents. File attachments of type PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, HTML, WAV, WMV and MP4 are all stored in this central location. |
Legal Action |
A chronological list of all steps taken in securing legal enforcement for an agreed action. |
User Defined |
Any custom fields defined for the components of an ASB case are displayed in this tab, together with the recorded values. |
