To export the calculated asset charges from a rent review

The procedure to export the calculated asset charges from a rent review is as follows:

Navigate to Quick Menu > Rents > Configuration > Rent Review. The Rent Review window is displayed.
Expand a rent charge review status heading from the alphabetical list and select an associated cycle or type the description directly into the Search Rent Review field. By default the list is filtered to show Open rent review cycles. An alternative filter can be applied using the Select view drop-down field: In Progress, Selection Complete, Applied, Part Applied, Notifications Generated, Cancelled or All 1.
Click on Asset Results 2. The Asset Results tab is activated.
Using the Model drop-down field, select the desired model from which the proposed asset charge uplift values have been applied. The Asset Charges summary table is refreshed, revealing a list of all affected assets and the proposed charge values 3.
Click on Export Data. The Export Data window is displayed.
Enter the Name of the export file into the field provided i.e. the naming convention is at the discretion of the end user.
Enter the File Path for the export file into the field provided, or browse to the destination folder using the navigation () icon.
Click on Confirm. The export file is generated, ready for analysis and manipulation in Microsoft Excel, or similar 4.

Note

1 The Search Rent Review field will match against any component of the cycle description.

2 The Asset Results tab is active only for those rent review cycles where a calculation has been applied.

3 The proposed charges for an alternative review scenario can be displayed at any time by selecting a different Model using the same drop-down field.

4 The standard file format is CSV (Comma Separated Variable) and comprises current and proposed asset charges.
