Note

Additional search criteria may need to be employed (e.g. start and end date ranges, category, company, status) to ensure that the correct ASB case is returned; an alternative Search by category of Contact or Contact Group may be selected to extend the available search fields.

This option is inactive for ASB cases that are set to a status of Cancelled or Closed.

This field includes only those contact records that are linked to the ASB case.

These are the custom parameters that map to the prescribed notice operating periods i.e. Notice effective immediately, 7 days after next period start, 14 days after next period start, 28 days after next period start or Calendar month after next period start.
